Get Notifications From These Senders Missing

We run Windows 10 x64 as our OS with Office 2016 Standard (x86). The handful of machines that we deployed the fall creators update to so we can test it, we have noticed no longer receive desktop alerts for new incoming email in Outlook. With that we've found that Outlook is missing from Notifications and Actions. 2 Click/tap on Notifications & actions on the left side, turn on (default) or off notifications for apps and senders you want under Get notifications from these senders on the right side. (see screenshot below) If the listed apps and senders are grayed out, then you have notifications completely turned off in Option One or Option Two above.

Delete Notification Senders

Hi there,
There is one particular application which doesn't show up under 'Get notifications from these senders' (Settings --> Notifications & actions --> Get notifications from these senders). This is on a RDS2016 machine. Recently, they migrated from RDS2008 R2 to RDS2016. On the 2008 server, it worked fine (notifications were on) but our RDS2016 server this application is missing under Notifications.
Any idea how to fix this? We're kind of stuck here, software developer says it's propably something on the local server. Couldn't find anything about this issue.
Thanks in advance!]
Niels
